   4.   Sleep Well.  Poor sleep has been linked to heart disease, obesity,

         and mental health problems.  Good sleep is like exercise.  It should

         be a regular part of your health maintenance.

   5.   Get Married and Stay Married.  Studies show that married people

         live longer in every age range.  According to a recent study, single

         people who never marry or become single through divorce or death

         have shorter life spans.

I never do enough of sleep........When I was in the house, want to sleep,
something held me back, here I can't sleep......sometimes I am scared ......
