Well said and something that we all needed to hear. Violence against women and children is a topic close to my heart, I don't understand what this world is coming to and what people seem to be thinking these days- or if they even think at all. Seems like so many just DO things without thinking first....

Must Be Speaking Of My State!

Unfortunately, the state that I call home, North Carolina, seems to be filled with dumb men who kill their wives. I am not sure why this is happening. Your post is absolutely correct. It seems that ever since the Petersons's cases (I say plural due to the guy on the west coast and the other here in North Carolina, Durham to be exact) that it is open season on wives.

Let me expand on what you have said here. I am not sure how anyone anywhere can think that they can get away with murder. YOU CAN'T! Yes it does take an incredibly stupid individual to think they can. I say, take 'em out back and hang them! Of course some liberal attorney will try to get them life in prison.

I do have one issue with your post. You said you are ole fashioned! No, you are correct! Ole fashioned values are being lost and this is the porblem in American families today!

You are talking about relationship not base needs. You would not consider going out and having an affair with another woman now, impregnating her and then killing both her and the child to keep Queen V from knowing. First you are not that sort of man. Second it is not only that you have respect and love for your wife but for yourself as being her husband, mate and life partner. These people doing these things must not have any self respect, it is not about fornication it is about murder to hide the pain they know they are causing the one they promised to love forever and having some wild stupid idea they will get away with it. It's incredibly stupid to murder anyone, but especially stupid to murder someone a person had some kind of affair with. Most murder victims are killed by someone they knew. If I know this, the police most certainly do too. Those closest to the victim are immediately on the list of suspects.

I lived with my wife for three years before we were married, so I have a different outlook towards co-habitation. It all depends on one's intentions, hopes, and dreams. I knew all along Queen V was the one I wanted to spend the rest of my life with (I realized she was "the one" on our second date) and always treated her and our relationship in terms of forever instead of for right now. Queen V felt the same way. I don't know if that made it right, but it certainly can't be completely wrong.
