                    TAPS. -  that part that really bothers me about the decline of Yahoo is 
                
                          that at one time I was a "Yahooligan"    
  A stupid name for their super user/affiliate sellers. I recommended what was at the time a very good high end service to a lot of people but things seemed to begin to noticeably unravel a couple of years ago. Probably indicating that they were in trouble long before that. 
  I just don't comprehend the logic of charging $35 for a domain name renewal when the market norm is $10 or less. They could have sold that division and been far better off but instead they allowed the major players like Godaddy.com to pick their bones for nothing. Godaddy came out with an offer of $7.25 for a domain name transfer that also includes a one year renewal fee tacked on. Basically they are taking Yahoo's domain business away from them at break even. Where did these Yahoo people go to business school?
