The church in Florida, where son and his family go, always baptize in a lake on their property. This lake has a resident alligator and before they go down in the river to baptize, they pray for God to bless the alligator and keep him away by placing a hedge about him until they are finished. He hasn't bothered anyone yet. LOL

I'm picturing the scene in my mind, and literally laughing out loud! I don't know what would have been funnier--the look on the impatient boat owners face as he went crashing through the crowd, or the looks on the faces of the "devout" when they saw the boat flying at them..."real rude" indeed!

How rude, to take up all that Sunday boating time with baptisms...
I mean, really! Some people have no consideration.

It could have been a christening of a sort, if only those church goers were a little more open minded! lol Shelly

Maybe the devout should get their own launching ramp.
It must have been all very dismal,
with rudeness all 'round just abysmal
the launch interrupted
of poor souls corrupted
awaiting their moment baptismal...
