Thanks for your comment.  To my mind time is nothing more than counting shared perceptions of repetitive (cyclically recurring) events (such as the earth rotating in relation to the sun and a crystal vibrating at a certain ratio in relation to that etc) and does not exist as "something" outside and on its own at all.  We need only one regular such regular event and can then set up a system of measurement in reference to that.  There is only an eternal now of which the experiential contents is forever changing, so measurement of the infinite is simply impossible.

How do you measure time and infinity?

I used to drive my science-teacher Mr. Mortensen insane with my questions. Finally after many attemts to explain he screamed: Girl now you are making me crazy, it just isn't possible to find the end of time or infinity... it is like 8D and you can only see 3D.

So I gave it a rest...
