You are so right!
Thanks for sharing this. I took a class in natural health and Ayurvedic
medicine was included and all we have to do is treat our bodies right and
we will not be so sickly. We treat our cars better than we do our bodies.
It calls for oils and gasoline and water and that's all we put in it, but we
put all kinds of poisons in our bodies. The book of Leviticus tells us what
to eat and what not to, yet we eat what we want. Great blog.

I struggle with needing external validation. I know it's human but I often consider it a weakness yet try as I may to validate myself, that "need" continues to creep in from time to time. I probably shouldn't be so hard on myself.... and yes, we're not likely to get it at all unless we're putting something positive out there for the world to see and feel.
