Crazy, just crazy.

We have joint custody which means we have the kids every second week. We share all expenses 50/50 - even though he earns three times my salary - lol.

Yep...just crazy.

The yearly fee is collected to cover some of the federal government's costs of providing child support enforcement services.

Fee...they should have called it what it really is...a T-A-X!

You would think that with all the money the government spends elsewhere, they could put some of it into fixing these systems!

It's crazy. I know they are providing a service, but come on. Quality of service sucks, for one.
And it's being provided for people who are usually already hurting for money.

Plus they already charge the non-custodial parent for having the money taken out of their paycheck.
