yes it is funny how much it matters what the others think sometimes
So often we say we shouldn't pay attention to what others think but other times it is very important to care...
I think last night it was the chocolate that brought it on 
I see that if i can't re enforce certain lessons in reality, my mind will get busy on the virtual end, you know with visualization. It is a great way to make things stick and also I am learning that Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprogramming (EMDR) is very helpful too.
