Kabu, our monkey adored, adored my first son. She sat and cried next to his bassinet and touched him and covered her mouth making chooking noises and then touched him again. turned over blankets in a frenzy of emotion when he wasn't there to touch and chook over.
She'd pull me upstairs looking into his crib and everywhere until she found him.
