embers of happiness...
can burst into flames of pure Joy - My favorite line of the Lords prayer is to forgive us our trespasses as we forgive those who trespass against us.

I am with Troosha. I am always thankful for every happy moment in this lifetime. The wind in the trees, the singing of the birds, the calm of the afternoon, the frolicking clouds, the sigh of the grass, the distant laughter of children....it's all a miracle at work, every day. Lovely poem!!

Perhaps prayers are not solely words but also that peaceful moment when working in the garden, that uplifting moment when we see a child smile, the warmth we feel when we embrace someone we love, the silence we experience when we witness something magnificent in the nature around us, or perhaps that instant when the sun kisses our face. Maybe we're actually praying all day and just don't realize it. Have a great Sunday!
