We all hate some things about ourselves...
...and we all make mistakes.
Show me a person who doesn't make mistakes, and I'll show you a corpse.
The best thing is to learn what you can from your past and use that knowledge to create a better future.

there is nothing wrong with finding out what you are all about -- just remember, you are the only one whose opinion counts at the end of the day - so don't listen to what anyone else thinks of you unless you have the utmost respect for them. There are no mistakes that can't be fixed with discerned knowledge. huge hugs!

I don't think that is quite right or healthy. We are all depraved, but God loves us. So how can you hate what God Loves?

That was an interesting music video that went with your poem...but I found a distinct opposite in the two. Your poem seemed to speak on how the past is the end and something not to look back on, while the music video seems to regret letting go of the past....Are you at an impasse, my dear? If you are, you'll find your way out of it, guaranteed. Loved the poem, Mikey Mike!
