                    Keeping the Spiral upward

As we each follow our chosen path , the path at first may spiral downward.  This is so hard to always be climbing out of the deepest pits.  I found it such  struggle to always seeming to be walking along and suddenly falling in a decent I could not stop.  My spirit indeed was broken  After much energy work and learning and practicing on first and foremost to love myself, I found the spiral downward became a speed bump and a time reminding me to slow down and take care of me.  I started out by signing my emails with I love you and I love me. I also practiced writing I love me and I deserve the best life has to offer and being loving and compassionate with myself. If we cannot love ourselves, we cannot extend  and radiate love to others.  You may want to read my Poem "Meeting your self with hope".There is a time that our desires beome secondary to the life lessons we are to learn that will carry our spiral upward as we discard old beliefs and meet our true spirit-self and rememory of why we are here this lifetime. But first and above all else,  As Above So Below; You Are Love. You are not alone and are surrounded by Angels and Guides to protect, love and guide you.   Be still and listen.skye

                    That is life.

Some days a good, others a bad.  Some days a joyous others sad.  Some days you are on the mountain top and other days you are in the valley.  The most important thing is being able to conquer the negative and bring out the best even in the negative times.  I know you will come out stronger once again.  Very melancholic but this is a beautiful poem too.  Stay blessed.  Sophie.
