Re: yup, incredible write
I see what you mean 666.  If there is no free will we do not chose to be blinded by desire...we are powerless against our emotions for they are pre-ordained.  I happen to agree with you to a point.  I think that the powers to be know what is going to happen.  They know what we will choose which makes our choosing not "free"  I guess... but I swear that I never intended to  go that philosophically deep in this poem.  All I tried to portray there was the fact that if one is pursuing carnal pleasures and not the completion of ones incomplete soul... one is missing the point as they say.  Anyway, thank you so much for your comment

Excellent! This is surely the best post I have read today! There is an empathy which challenges the readers to see or not!

Sinome ~.~
This is such a beautiful poem. I especially like the line..."Love is not love of only one, love is life itself. This is so true -- really very insightful.  Love is never "lost." Thank you for sharing. Peace, blessings and understanding.~SS

yup, incredible write
But as far as "self chosen blindness" goes though; the fact that we don't ask to be born seems to indicate we don't have complete free will, if any at all. Sure it sells books etc. but it's not a scientific fact.
