When Maury realized he wouldn't be the next Phil Donahue, he dove headfirst into the cesspool. He didn't plunge as deep as Jerry Springer, but it's bad enough. Mybe it's for the best. Connie Chung certainly isn't doing much these days.

If by "giving the novel a rest" you mean not writing a word for several months, then you hit the nail on the head. I'll get around to it sooner or later. I've got too much invested to simply give up.

Technically, I am a new writer. When I left back in November, I quit. Upon returning, I had to join anew. Even my name is slightly different. It's now Talion_ but you can't see it with the rest underlined.

BTW.. I keep seeing you listed as a new writer in the new writer list.. it's sort of weird. I get it that you are back and restarted or something.. I just don't think of you as new.
