Prayers for your family
I was very moved by your story. I feel so sad for you and your daughter and I pray that you both will soon find peace within your souls. I can personally relate to your story also. As a result of my trauma, I have Fibromyalgia and Chronic Fatique Syndrome and have physical pain along with the soul pain. Through much soul searching and counseling, I have come to learn that forgiveness is the only way to release the pain. Forgiveness is the enlightenment that we are to learn while we are on earth. A yogi said that the path to peace and happiness begins with the appeasement of pain. There is another site that I post on called Allpoetry and am a member of a group with disablities. We all write poetry to release our pain and message each other for support. I have found it to be very uplifting. There is also a site called My Inner World that is a very good meditiation site. You can place hurt and pain in the Sacred fire and watch it burn. You can make wishes at the wishing well and plant positive thoughts. There is a lot of paths to follow to help relieve stress and pain. Both sites are free.
