Yeah Maj, that was a dead give away... But you pose aninteresting question. My guess is that the land is owned by the city, but control - the laws that apply - that is a whole other can of worms that these challenges to the local laws will open up.

It's crazy
So much energy, time and $ wasted on cosmetic bottles when airport maintenance is going to hell in a hand basket. It's a cosmetic measure dressed up as security.
