vogue,
even though the comment I made on the post that you submitted yesterday came off a little "flip", it was sincere and heart-felt. For me, viewing the submission was like looking at a brief travelogue designed and written by a highly-skilled professional.

As a blogger and as a person, you are tops in my book.

Also, I would never ever be sarcastic or condescending toward you. There are only three people on this network I would get that way with, and each of them is a male whom I do not like and with whom I have "history".

Vogue
I love your pictures! And knowing that everything there is drenched in history, it's fantastic to get these glimpses from someone who knows that these experiences are infinitely more important than shopping the local boutiques...

vogue,
there's a position on the staff of National Geographic with your name on it.

Vogue - I would have been right with you. I HATE shopping! Those ancient vessels have fascinated me since I was a kid. Years ago, I was fortunate enough to interview Dr. Robert Ballard, who found the Titanic and explores many underwater archeological sites. It's amazing!
