Totally, totally missing the point - but it's sure fun watching your death-defying leaps of logic.
I was observing the contrast between the concidence of the media silence over these contemptible words and this cretin being a Democrat one the one hand and the way he'd have been pilloried (and justifiably so) had he been a Republican.
How you got from that to wanting to eradicate all defense attorneys, doing away with the Constitution and supporting Bush as president for life is absolutely breathtaking. Xenox, the Flying Wallenda of logic! Can you do it again for the cameras?

It, of course, does not represent all defense attorneys' strategy.
But of course you like to lump the radical in with the rational and call them all the same thing.
I could say that all conservatives are racist KKK types because David Duke is one. But that would be a total falsity.
You are saying that all cats are lions here. Not all liberals and not all defense attorneys are like that, of course.
And I have a problem with your problem with defense attorneys
You seem to want to eradicate them.
This implies to me that you want to do away with the Constitution, which guarantees a person the right to a fair trial.
You would probably support Bush being president for life too.

You've got to be quick around here! And I think you are too kind and compassionate in your proposed treatment of this wretch. I think the treatment Glenn Beck proposed for child abusers, now that the Supreme Court says they can't be put to death, applies to this cretin as well - rape the hell out of him daily.

Great post! I was going to go off on this one. As far as what I thought of Fagan's remarks about defending the criminal and making sure the child is destroyed in court, I can only say one thing:
Fagan should be dragged behind a car until there are open wounds but keep him alive so that he may then be dipped into a pool of acid then tied to a stump in the Everglades and let nature take its' course! That is what should be done to him and all liberals who agree with him! GOT IT! Any worthless piece of excrement like him who says that against children should be tortured and put to death. I would be glad to do if the laws change so we can do so!
