I'm starting to change my mind about Sons of Iraq.
In a clan and tribe-dominated society (oh, I forgot about flavor of Islam..sonds like a TV show on VH1), maybe a national force is impractical, while someone managing local factions is culturally appropriate...and our only way to declare victory and withdraw a'la Vietnam.
