Powerful message. I knew we loved Langston Hughes! I am so excited about your book. I can't wait to see the pictures. I have been so bubbly and aglow since I got your message. Your poetry is steeped in wonderful roots. Each one is better than the one before and I know that might be difficult to understand because of the pieces you have written, but I get a deeper sense with each poem. Love You!!!!

indeed Lestate... keep writing and keep those stars in sight because with your talent, determination and wisdom you will get where they are soon enough. Its been too long since I had the pleasure of reading you. This is an impressive poem, beautifully written , paying tribute to those greats that came before us and drenched in feelings.
