This evening on
Emeril Live, Emeril Lagosse and America’s best-known French chef Jacques Pépin had a cook off of lobster tails, each making separate dishes. I had trouble deciding which looked best.

This is Brilliant. As if I could see them going about their way. The fishermen would work hard for a catch like this. Fresh Lobster, Yummmm. Such creative imagination.
