You seem so wise beyond your years......
If I could just let go....I tell myself everyday "Let go, Let God" but it is so hard when you made your children your life and you worry that you'll never see them again. Please keep writing your wisdom so that I can learn to let go.

Mermaid, letting go takes a whole lot of courage at times, a whole lot of
trusting and love, but it can be done and is a great release in so many ways, as you've said so well..

As always, a little longer read than my little mind was ready for.
As always, surprised how every line is fresh (almost til I'm worn out--hey where's the end?) It always amazes me how you can elongate a subject, keep turning it around, and never repeat yourself. Ok, maybe I don't read all the words, but I always like what you said.

You are so right dear Jen...letting go is an art, in every fascet of life one must learn to let to when it is time to do so. In relationships specially, but also as mothers and fathers, as children of aging parents, as friends, we always need to know when to let go and let G-d, Nature, Destiny, whatever one calls that force greater than us, take over. You are so wise, so sweet...

oh but it hurts
i do not know whether you mean to let go of your pain who loved ones but to me i had to let go of my girlfriend and in turn just let her love me.. i cried while i read this so much because the hardest time of my life was letting go.. i do not know what you are letting go of but God bless you so much for this understanding and this was the highlight of my day..thanks..mike
