A mind with it's own mind... wow.
I guess it is a good thing to let you mind do the thinking and control the body, but if the mind has a mind of it's own apart from your mind then that is something else. This is deep man... the bottomline is this that we make decisions with the two. The heart and the mind in agreement. Keep your mind focus on these things, that which is noble, pure and worthy as the bible says. Keep the faith and keep on keeping on. Sophie.

I am with moon...all he said and this: you are very talented...and talent sometimes makes the mind wonder...it always comes back, I know...no matter how far it goes, and the good news is that the farther it goes usually the better the poems it produces...so darling, ir it goes away, stay put and it will catch up with you. ...thanks for you comments on my blog...heart and God are the same thing...there is no difference...people don't really listen to that saying 'God is love'...it's literally true...God is Love / Love is God...God, the Heart, Love...they are all the same....and they will never lead you wrong...if you listen to something and you think that it is Love but, it leads you to the wrong place...then it was not Love that you were listening to but, something else...it ain't so easy...unless one is willing to surrender, to give up ego, to give himself over to God and to Love...and then, eventually, after a few bumps with the ego...it becomes very easy...it's about focus, commitment, perseverance and picking up and carrying on every time you fall...may God shower His choicest blessings upon you and the ones you love...Moon

...nobody teaches us in this society that we are not the mind...the mind is supposed to be a tool for us to use...like the hands or the legs...you wouldn't just let the hands go anywhere that they wanted to go anytime they wanted to go there...you wouldn't let the legs and feet walk off in any direction they wanted to...you wouldn't get on a horse and drop the reins and let the horse run off in any direction and do whatever it wants...but, daily, the vast bulk of humanity lets their minds drag them off to wherever the mind wants to go...and it gets into all kinds of mischief and causes all kinds of problems for us...even when you talk about the heart, you might be talking about the emotions...emotions are part of the mind...not part of the heart...and they will get you into just as much trouble...those who truly know how to listen to the heart and who do what the heart says, never get into mischief or trouble because the heart, unlike the mind, never lies...the mind does not tell the truth, you can't just believe everything it tells you....but the heart always takes us in the right direction...it never lies...if we know how to hear it...'they' don't teach anybody any of these things...'they' don't even know about these things...'they' think that talk like this is crazy...and meanwhile their minds get them into all kinds of mischief and problems...peace and understanding, moon
