Looking for a kind, non-belittleing, simple answer

You ask many good and, I suspect, satirical questions.

I like it.

I do believe people will benefit by requiring their religion to be

 logically consistent.

Thanks for posting.

I hope I'm still welcome to leave comments here.

I personally am of the opinion that God does not ow anybody anything.  I do not see God as someone "out there" who needs favors or hands out favors in terms of what the average human considers to be favors either.  When the sun shines it shines on the good and the bad.  When a storm crashes through a town it destroys the property of good and bad.  What the Spirit of Christ gives us is something different.  A person with the Spirit of Christ is not swayed by good or bad, nice days or horrible days.  Such a person is swayed by compassion for those who are swayed by many events, perceived as good or bad.  I do not think there are simple answers to all the questions everybody seek answers to.  I probably seem to complicate matters for myself and others with lots of words and analysis, that is how I came to be in the world of fictitious being dependent on everything I have experienced.  I am truly glad you have found a means to be able to feel at peace and even though I do not think this path you are on is the final solution to all of mankinds problems, it is obviously better than not seeking a way out of suffering.  Each of us can only live according to our own understanding.  In the final analysis nobody is just good or just bad.  We are all travelers on the road of life and if I have become a stumbling block to you or anybody else, I regret that and ask forgiveness.  I am human and so are you.  We should rather strive to understand each other than just criticize each other.  May your peace spread to the hearts and minds of those who need it.

Good work! I am enjoying your writing and depth of thought.
You speak of orthodox religion invoking the simple hook; the rules that control the mind. The deeper understanding you have stated, coming from within, is truely the understanding Christ attempted to convey. God bless!
