...for decades people said to me "you think too much"...i would smile...as if one could think too much...isn't the point that we don't think enough...can there ever be enough thinking...then after decades and decades...i learned that thinking is way overrated...it has some limited value...but not very much really...not very much at all...fact is it usually causes way more grief and problems than it solves...'course the real problem is that people let thinking control them rather than to control their thinking...i mean would you just drop the reins and let the horse go wherever it wanted to go...or put your foot on the gas but, let go of the steering wheel?...anyway i learned how not to think at all...i learned that you can get through life much more effectively by not thinking at all...well only in limited circumstances do you need to think...and i learned that my job is to control the thinking and not vice versa...but you're a buddhist so you probably know all of this anyway, right?...oh and btw...i REALLY like what you write...moon
