Inappropriate behavior like this comes from a society that is changing
so much that traditional values have been discarded, and nothing has been put in its place with such certainty that everyone believes it and manages their impulses and behaviors accordingly. Political Correctness tries to enforce new rules, but then, it becomes a problem, too, in such an individualistic society as ours.
Wouldn't it be nice if everyone could lighten up, not take so many things so personally, so seriously--just laugh at those who are making clowns of themselves! Photos like that maybe could find their way into the company newsletter... or be otherwise circulated the way good jokes are. Exposure to light and air can clear up a lot of complications!
The truly serious problems would get more attention, then, instead of being lost in a glut of the insignificant.

It is both ways
I have seen it happen both ways in the working world. Men and women have started blurring the guidelines of right and wrong.

it's a constant battle between liberated minds and proverbial ethics my dear...it's a fair world...men and women have the right of expression on their prerogatives...it's just that we tend miss some valuable guidelines sometimes...hello dear...
