- Go to JESUS CHRIST WAS A TRULY GREAT LOSER
kooka_lives - I was going to comment on this post but it looks like you
have your hands full.
Your beliefs are wrong and Jesus Christ "founded" Christianity . . . . how do these people survive? An interesting note; There are far more atheists in this world than Baptists.

Losers...in general
Discord feuls thought, debate drives us to prove our beliefs to ourselves so that we can better explain them to others....Anyone who chooses to believe in one thing to the exclusion of all others loses to a certain extent, in that it closes off other avenues of thought and possible enlightenment. We each exist within our own reality. We interpret the world in unique ways. Spirituality therefore is individual, and can be defined as simply one's view of one's place in the world. I believe in intellectual stimulation, therefore I say, "Debate away!" Just stop short of violence, wouldja?

Re: Jesus was a loser!
So are you saying that if athiests keep quiet, bide their time, and run an underground movement, eventually their time and place WILL come, and there will be over one billion athiests in the world, instead of one billion Christians?
For the record, how do you explain the martyrs? They sure as hell didn't hide their light under a bushel.... Christianity didn't spread by people keeping it to themselves, dog.

It still sounds to me like you don't really get it.
Atheists gain nothing at all in this day and age by keeping their beliefs secret. Thy actually are greater 'losers ' by not speaking out about their beliefs than they ever could be by being 'announced'. In the modern world we live in you only give power to others by not being honest and open about what you believe. If more atheists 'came out of the closet' about their beliefs, then there would be a great force to get needed changes made and help to push society onto the right track for greater growth.
By those like you labeling them 'losers' you are actually causing great harm. If they feel that by coming out they will be persecuted and such, then they will be less likely to 'announce'. If they listen to those like you they become true losers and hide their beliefs.
I would still like to know if you believe that announced Pagans, Muslims, and Buddhists are all losers' as well.

Fixed the typo.
I never said you called me a loser nor did I say you wrote the post that started this all and I never actually said I believed that Jesus was loser.
It is you who are wrong of that I have no doubt.
I have never once had nay issue with someone disagreeing with my views and beliefs. My problem has always been in the manner they do this. If someone comes and disagrees with me in a disrespectful way I will treat them with disrespect as well. If they come and are polite and respectful to me, then I do the same in return. It really is that simple.

Jesus was a loser!
At last, you and I are in near-perfect agreement!! Jesus was a loser, BIG time, and this for the very same, or equivalent, reasons that I said Atheists of today who announce their Atheism are losers!. There is always a high price to pay for going against the majority.
There was, however, a different reason for Jesus' having to follow that path that those Atheists of today don't have!
Jesus was the Founder of Christianity. Before Him, there were no Christians. Someone had to start the new religion, and that Someone was, indeed, Jesus. And yes, He paid dearly for it, giving in the end, His very life for it! For Him, announcing His "Christianity" was not a choice; it was a necessity.
Later on, during the large-scale Christian Persecution, a different option was available that Jesus did not have. This option was one of being secret and the keeping of the lowest possible profile. Pursuing this policy was extremely wise, and it worked! Today, there are over one Billion Christians in the world, and we are free to practice our Faith. How many Christians do you think there would be today if, during the Persection, we had stepped outside and said "Here I am; come and get me, and do with me as you will?"
There is a time and place for every action. We need only the wisdom to know which option to follow . . . and when.

There are no loosers until the race has been run, the finish line. It is then when you can ask yourself am I a winner or a looser. It will be at that point, when we can not deny the truth.

Re: true, son
I thought I would join in on the Xeno and Son Show, hope you don't mind since it is making you money. Let's see, where to go this one...there are so many options.
"One of the reason as to why the story of Christ (Weather you believe it to be real or fiction) has had such am impact is because it does hit on a very universal message about standing up for your beliefs and risking a great deal in order to get your message heard."
First, it is spelled "whether". Second, thank you for explaining my opposition to every post you have ever made almost (except for the alien video and the nuts in your state) and my use of the universal message about standing up for my beliefs. I always will and you will always receive opposition because I simply do not agree with your beliefs. As for you it would be the same since you do not agree with my beliefs and principles. So good luck and I hope you can take, especially in the political realm. By the way Jesus was never a loser and I never called you a loser. I do know what post you are speaking of so just remember that I did not write that post BUT your beliefs are WRONG, I can not judge whether you are a loser or not. I pray that God will bless you and your family.
