I'm rather surprised that maintaining the full rights of such individuals is still the norm in many "overdeveloped" countries. I am yet to meet someone who doesn't agree with my stance on this, unless I've been lied to many times.

The disparity among people does indeed make it difficult. I agree those who cannot follow the simple rules of society need to forfeit their rights. A good read! sam
