Maybe they are sticking the butter in the vehicles for fuel. I know here they are fueling cars with used french fry oil and fried chicken oil. Wonder how far a car would go on a stick of butter.

No butter? Insane. I just finished reading Michael Pollan's The Omnivore's Dilemma, which is about American's superabundance of corn. The crazy thing about ethanol (which I didn't know) is that it takes petroleum to make corn into fuel. Does anyone else see the problem with this?
