We've all got our priorities Mac!
Mine are simple--a study with wall-to-wall shelving for my books, and loads of space everywhere else for art! I really don't think that's asking too much...

Sira, I looked up your artist -- I see why you love his work...
And shortly after I read his bio and watched a YouTube video of him teaching students, a little poem came into my mind -- so I've posted it this a.m. Thanks for the info about the painter and for inspiring the thoughts. :)pat

It made me happy to read about your birthday weekend, especially the
first piece in your art collection. I'm not familiar with that artist, but I love paintings, so I know this one will be a joy forever. My baby daughter got me a tee shirt when I visited her a few years ago in Key West - it got a lot of attention as I hurried through the Miami airport on my way back home: black with white lettering, "Art Slut." AKA artslut.com
