we may feel we are in a depression but look around you, there are more newer cars, houses full of furniture, I think it is just hitting us as we are use to spending money

Albeit "I am with you always, even unto the end of the world." we humans are given the power to make choices and unfortunately we have often made lousy ones. Is there hope in the hearts of the poor or the hungry – I’m not so sure. But if those of us with willingness and compassion are prepared to effect change, perhaps there could be.
