Sigh...That is exactly what it was like, and I have not been able to completely forget that person, although I am now in a relationship with someone new. Memories remain.

We are able to traverse the oceans and time, L ike molasses in a jar, drips richly slow. I understood you poem as referring to an internet or on-line/long distance relationship so this line struck me the most. Great piece!
