lustorlove, I definitely remember all of that in the news back then and I could never understand how others could follow him, join his group and revere him. They all had to be insane.

Why are they keeping him alive? Are they doing experiments on him, trying to find a cure for evil? Or do they think he will make a good president in his old age, since other rulers around the world make Manson look like a little baby in a playpen. Only in this age of altruism at all cost (usually at the detriment of innocent bystanders and victims) do people think it is good and nice to keep anything remotely resembling a human alive.
