My company used to send people home
at the first signs of sniffles or coughing. They adopted a strict "stay home if you're sick" policy, after 1 person infected 80, and basically brought the company to a halt for 3 days.

Amen!
I really hate it when someone shows up to work, thinking they're doing the supreme sacrifice, but actually they're useless because they feel bad and can't get anything done, and they give it to me.
