shahdlou, I am a big fan of the fresh-water game fish here in the midwest called crappie.  One can't buy it at the markets, but I have always been fortunate to have men in my life, who love to fish and share their catch all cleaned and filleted and ready to bread and fry.  A big supply caught from the stocked lakes means a fun time here, eating together and ending up with some fun games on a full tummy.

They look so good!
I miss fish a bit here. We are too far from the sea and what we get, even at the market, is usually de-frozen. Tschüs!
