?????  ?????

All right, I'm confused.

You wrote, "The data speak for itself. The all tell us a quite different story than you propound."

How does your data refute the "story that I propound" of deception, manipulation, abuses of power and authority, corruption, profiteering, shabby reporting and so forth?

Oh, I see - you just proved my point that you are compeltely failing to grasp the gist of my posts.

Re: SO I HAVE MENTIONED TORNADOES

That graph wouldn't be the infamous hockey schtick, would it?

As for what the real issue is: It seems to me that the credilbility of an issue is going to be established or, at the very least, influenced for better or worse by the credibility, or lack thereof, of its proponents. I'd give the "global warming" theory a lot more credence if it wasn't being rammed down our throats by the means I cited in the post.

SO I HAVE MENTIONED TORNADOES

The graph you left out.

Seems like higher than average activity this year, and right at the top of average the past 3.

But let's go this idea that you agree that the climate is warming but you disagree that human activity is causing it.

Some 20 posts ago you did admit to that.

However, you have spent a lot of time since that either denying warming in one way or another -- or attempting to derail to issue to make it personalities like Mr. Gore, or movie stars and their gas hogs.

That's not the issue at all.

The data that I have provided is the issue.

The climate is indeed warming.

And it would seem that, according the one graph relating to CO2 levels and temperatures from ice cores that CO2 level lately is many times higher than its highest in the past 600,000 years, and the temperatures remain high in a manner not seen in the same period.

All I need is facts, and I believe I have discovered them and provided them.

What it seems deniers such as yourself are doing is grasping at straws and setting up straw men in order to build a house of straw on a foundation of straw.

Writer of Light
When anything comes out and refuses to take questions, allow discussions it is without a doubt a fraud. The man loves the spotlight! Those who are following him are doing as their father tells them. This is an excellent post and is proof enough if anyone was listening. Be blessed.

I USE FACTS TO DEMONSTRATE GLOBAL WARMING -- FROM NOAA NO LESS
I have produced graphs and tables that cannot be disputed.  All you have to do is access the website yourself.

The data speak for itself.  The all tell us a quite different story than you propound.

I chose sides on this issue long ago............as soon as GORE opened his mouth and set his machine in motion............winning the nobel prize (outrageous). I give you credit for producing such a detail post re: an important topic.

Human industrial endeavors, including pollution and changing the earths sunlight reflection index by deforestation etc (as well as the loss of ecosystems and the destabilizing of other ecosystems dependant on those that get destroyed) are definitely having a negative impact on the biosphere as a whole.  The sad thing about human (and especially homo commerciales) behavior is that those who are in the "moneymaking at all costs" game will jump on any bandwagon that seems to be trendy and holds the possibility of big profits (whether the trend is based on fact or not).  This can effectively obscure and slant the facts.  I think you and Xeno are both right in addressing this problem.  There is never only one side to a story and we need to be informed from various perspectives to be able to form a valid (practical) opinion on the subject in hand.  Money mongers are very adept at confusing and abusing real life issues for personal monetary gain.  Some culling in this area would certainly be conducive to a better future for us all.
