Thank you. I know exactly what youre talking about. The more you talk about something bad or negative that more you allow yourself to overcome the pain. I know I will make it throuugh and get to the "light at the end of the tunnel", it's the getting there part that I'm going through right now. Thank you for your kind thoughts and words. Isn't it amazing how a feeling can be so overwhelming ...
such as pain from loss .. that you think you will never be able to endure it or see the light at the end of the tunnel. Then one day you find it barely stings to recall and your feelings have changed so completely that you know you would never experience the same pain for that person ... and unfortunately, the same depth of caring. I don't think this is exactly your situation, but reading your blog reminded me of my own coming to terms and getting past a hurt that made me cry and grieve to the point I could hardly breathe ... and then getting past it took not only the pain away, the love was gone as well. I hope you get through this more easily than you are imagining - sending good thoughts your way ...
