Oh my that sounds good. I have never had a fresh one to cook All we seem to get here in the Midwest is bags of frozen pieces. Even they are good, but I'd love to try fixing a fresh one.

i had sauteed mushrooms, a filet mignon rare
cesar salad and a glass o merlot :) i wanted some cheesecake but alas, one stomach
