I totally agree. If we all strive to make a difference there would be so much goodness it would be wonderfully baffling. I am doing okay these days. Much love to everyone Grandma!

Global Originals
deeper than the old poem Footprints in the Sand ... in a similar way to a sonnet you present an issue . .. and then, your poem turns to answer it. It's like free verse, so it's like original. It's as unique as you, love ...
British pop singer Leona Lewis applies the old poem to an individual in a song.

Dear Mermaid, Great poem...and this is so amazing,,, we are in the same zone you and I, of course you said it so much more eloquently, with that touch of feeling that you give to every word, but I was thinking about your subject earlier tonight, and what I wrote has some of it. You are right my friend, something must be done...the question is where to start :-) Be well and take care of you.

Yes Dear Jen, this especially touches my heart with now another Grandbaby due to be born and one all-ready at 9 years...a beautiful granddaughter that I so want to see her thrive well in this big world...she's writing her haiku, sketching her artwork, playing with fairies...imagining...girl scouts and adventure...I so want to make a difference as we write journals together...It's so important for us to get involved in making this world a better place for our Children and our Children's Children...on and on ~ God bless you for this thought provoking, beautiful work of Art, my dear Poetess...

How true, Purple_Mermaid. We must each do what we can, where we are, when it is needed. Wait for someone else to do it and it will not get done.
