How true, Kolekshuns, ho ever the healing is not so easy..................
While Mother stays in your heart forever, whether for good or bad, getting over her may take a lifetime. I've always heard, and know, that she's the hardest one to lose. I do believe that. Children love their mothers unconditionally and they do impact their children's lives for a lifetime, and not always for the best of reasons. A child is blessed if they are given a caring, nuturing mother - all are not, but still she's all that child knows and accepts.
Happy Mother's Day to you.

Interesting thoughts, Kolekshuns. Often its hard to let go so we forget to be thankful for the time we had them and mourne for what we still want.

This is absolutely beautiful. This really touched me. I have not lost my mother but have lost someone that was near and dear to me. And his memories live on through my child and myself. His early departure has helped me to move on and become strong. I love this. Thank you for sharing it.

Kole, this is very insightful & true...
I'd also add that we are also meeting some of their needs, it's a two way give & take, which makes it a relationship..so, whenever there is a breakup, voluntary or involuntary, there is no need for guilt on either side as their mutual needs were met..and I completely agree that there is always some divine purpose behind it..knowing it leads to mutual growth..great post! It takes a very long to fully realize (at least it did for me) and then to appreciate that every thing is "planned"/has a reason, down to the smallest detail. The conscious, living organism that we call Reality, the Universe, God is truly awe-inspiring. Moon
