So true! God knows what we can handle..I am a single mother of a daughter is very sweet..I understand how hard life can be and hope that my duaghter (who has JRA) is willing to be that helpful with me..Have a wonderful Mother's day!

Thank you for sharing your story. I, too, have endured many years of
single-parenting and in the early years I struggled with the impact of my daughter being deaf. In later years it was the
tumultuous, rebellious teens, and more recently re-hab for alcoholism. But now she is a blossoming young woman and today she'll be coming by for a visit. I couldn't be more proud and all the challenges we faced together seem to have brought us closer together. Happy mother's day to you...
