Swimming is always good...
...low impact and stress on the joints. Good luck in your continuing struggle with pain, vogue. It must be very difficult for you at times.

Movement is always good.
I remember when I ruptured a disk , they gave me strong medications
and muscle relaxers, but the pain didn't go away until I started taking
physical therapy. In one week I was medication free and doing fine.
I don't even have pain anymore as long as I stretch every day. It's
like it never happened. God made our bodies for movement. You are
doing the right thing. Keep up the good work.

Sounds wonderful..Glad to hear that you may have found something to help..But I will check with my friend just to see if there isn't something that may not have mentioned.

That is FABULOUS ~ Vogue ---- I believe that if it's at all possible, walk it out...stretch it out (gently) SWIMMING - wading - just moving in water sounds excellent ~ I tip my heart to you
