Professionalism's messed up, love.
It guess that it would be nice if breaks could be both given, and entered by the right people.

Re: Can Relate
It's true what they say....you always beat the thorobreed until they breakdown...then you get rid of them. I can definately relate to your situation too.....but recently I have learned how to say "No", It's a job....not my life.....there will always be jobs...but my time and family are far too important than working overtime to get ahead in my job. Thanks for the comment.

Can Relate
I totally know where you are coming from. I am not in the medical field, actually I'm far from it...the sight of blood makes my stomach sick, but I have experienced the same situation as you at the job I use to have. I had built a system at my job that had brought the company profit and more cliental...I had put my blood and sweat into this system. And what do you think happened? They brought in someone that hasn't been in an office in almost 10 years and had her start taking my position. Slowly but surely. Then all of a sudden, I'm having to get laid off because they would rather pay an inexperienced person to do my job. She got the job because she knew someone. So I can totally relate. I would rather have an experienced person stick me with a needle than a newbie...cause first she might just miss my vein and have to stick me more than once. Ewww....Good point.
