Re: Oh, Justi, I've heard about this.............................
Maggie Mae, it is incredible. It is the worst thing out there Go to website I think it is Mama Mothers against methamphetamine. The book or books now I guess written by the woman on there will stand your hair on end. She is almost totally responsible for the decrease in use in our area. Keep those babies bathed in prayer.

Re: Offy
It is totally as bad as she says. This is our month to work rehab (George and I), these girls come back after they have been clean for some time and tell you stories you could never imagine. It is something. It is being brought in from Mexico in our area in unprecedented amounts. It is stronger and clearer. People are having more trouble cooking it now.

Oh, Justi, I've heard about this.............................
To tell you the truth, it scares the heck out of me. I have five grandchildren just turning to teenagers and it horrifies me. I can only hope that our love and teachings will keep them safe and away from this sort of horror. I know you had the same hopes and dreams for your boys and I'm sorry you had to lose them. I am so glad your daughter is doing well. This is a good write, I may copy it and send it to my daughter and son. The more they read the better. Thank you.
Maggie
I also hope you are feeling better. I see the weather down there is not so good and hope you and George are safe.

Justi, It frightens me for my children who are only really just starting their lives. My son is 13 and my daughter soon will be 10. I shelter them from much of this, but at times expose them to the dangers on purpose. Some things I have to leave to God. ~Peace, OTA

Koledshuns, I fully agree with you; however, we must continue to carry the "Good News". One should restrain from sin and encourage others to do the same. God bless you.

Meth 101
Good thoughts to ponder., however, If the justice system and Politicians are
corrupt what can we really expect in today's world? All we can do is make sure
what we do is right. The good news is,God is still in control no matter how it looks.
Great blog.

it is crazy to me that the same folks that cried and made a big deal out of religion being in politic and in school and goverment facilities, like the ten commandments for instance. Know that every thing is going to dung you don't here nothing out of them. they remind me of an old whopped dog that runs of with its tail between its legs. God bless justi.

Re: YOUR POST HERE HAS MADE ME SO SAD.
I don't want to make you sad. I am glad it makes you get carried away. It is a great loss to have our moral appreciation grabbed out of our lives and thrown away. I was brought up a far piece from Australia but probably about the same as you. I hate what has happened to our youth. This is my month to work with those still in rehab and it really gets to me. Be blessed lovely lady.

Re: TAPS
There was a time when people who struggled to send their children and many students worked their way through school. Many did not have the social amenities society, both business and social felt at the time, was appropriate for the college educated in the 30s, 40s and 50s. Most did not get this at home. Even then it had drawbacks, but for Southern girls who became teachers this was a must because they were held responsible for passing this along to the farm children.

YOUR POST HERE HAS MADE ME SO SAD.
Sad for our Western lifestyle that seems totally to have lost its way. Where are the values that were instilled into us when we were young. I rebelled at times but my parents gave me a moral code and values for life that have instilled in me a decency I am gald that I know. A love of my God and my family and friends, tollerance and respect for others. etc and etc.Do I sound like an old fashioned prig? Yes perhaps but when we loved ourselves, our God and repected our country(me I love Australia) and those around us. When drugs came with a prescription from the Dr. and schools had pretty strict rules, but one could stand up for whatever they believed in without offending every minority in town; I believe that we had true freedom of speech and democracy. OOOPS I seem to have got somewhat carried away!

Personally, I have never felt that fraternaties and sororities were necessary, or even desired, for a good education. I'm sure that those who are alumni of one would take issue with me about it.
