It is incredible that Canada did not have a way to keep track of this scum bags before. Good that our neighbors to the North have fallen in line, and speaking of stomping on their rights... I would love to stomp on their faces... the nerve to protest about their rights. They let go of those rights when they assaulted other human beings. Great post Nautikos.

They've had this sort of thing in the States for a long time
and I think it's about time that Canada got on board--too bad if their rights are being "stomped on". The general public has a right to know if predators are living in their neighborhood!
