ZenMom - you are right, there is little they can and will say
I have posted this question in the past. The response has been as you suggest, not very many comments and of the ones I received there was a distinct pattern. All have said that the discovery of life on other planets would not change a thing about their beliefs, even towards the book of Genesis. Then if challenged further, the arguments always turn towards the fact that the idea of life on other planets is hypothetical which is just another way of side stepping the question.

<Snap> You nailed it again......and so succinctly. I'm guessing you won't have many comments from believers because......WHAT COULD THEY SAY? I would love to a response from one of them.
