hmmm .08 does not seem like that much, specially if he had just drank it, or had not peed in a while. I think that speaking in a cell phone or even worse texting while driving is just as bad as 0.08, if not worse, and people do that all the time. How many of us have had a glass of wine with dinner and drove home without a second thought? Not me of course
. but I see people do it all the time at restaurants. Ideally we would not touch it if we are driving but realistically, o.o8 is not that impairing to plaster his name and reputation all over the news papers. That is my opinion

Somehow an apology the next day doesn't appear all that ingenuous. We all know what he is saying, the over indulgence is the problem. sam
