even though there are those that dish out a lot of crap ( myself included) some need to really be helped but we cant spend time doing the right thing

When demand is up, you are nothing. When they come begging for your money then it is different! I wish there were more respect for the consumer but it seems to e harder and harder to come by these days! sam
