Sira
Sorry to hear you weren't feeling well on Monday, but glad that you seem to have fully recovered, what with major shopping trips and all. But why would you be wearing red, high-heeled shoes to a funeral? (You see, I do pay attention to what you write, lol...) In fact, why would you be wearing them in the house? For comfort??? (I know you said you want to 'break them in'; that's like saying you want to break in leg irons!) The best thing is to do as I do - I never wear shoes in the house...

I immediately recognized the 'repeating the whole conversation again - and again and again.'   Why must people NOT take a hint when it's shoved in their face?

Re:

LOL vogue!

I think I would have hit me with the socks--lucky for me, Mark is a patient sort of guy. And I might be a little slow, but I figure things out eventually. Again, it's lucky Mark is patient.

How nice that you two have such confidence in one another and
in your own selves. I agree with your last sentence - I think you will both be all right. Mark sounds like a great match for you.

I think you are more than ok.! It's heartwarming. Honestly, I in his place would have brought you the socks and covered your keyboard with them! It's also great of you to have noticed just in time what your husband needed.
