Great read - well done!
I especially like your response to rule #5. So often the “little man/woman” – the people in the trenches – are looked down upon yet it’s those people that keep the wheels turning.

That was great reading and very thoughtful responses from your part. What I liked best is rule 4 and your response and the remarks about thanking people for whatever they have done for you, even if they have been the cause for your decision to move on.
